Pay range: $30 - $40/hr
We are looking for a skilled "Real Estate Photographer/Videographer" to join our growing team in Queenstown. In this on-location role, you’ll capture high-quality photos and videos of premium real estate properties, showcasing the best features of each space for our clients. As a key member of our team, you’ll work directly on site with provided equipment and a company vehicle, with no editing or post-production required—just your creative eye and technical skill in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality images and videos of high-end residential and commercial properties on location
- Compose, light, and frame shots to highlight architectural features and create compelling visuals
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to schedule and plan shoots effectively
- Ensure all equipment is set up, used, and maintained according to company standards
- Deliver raw footage and images to the post-production team for editing
- Communicate any on-site issues or adjustments needed to the team for smooth project flow
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate photography/videography or similar fieldwork
- Ability to compose and light scenes to capture the best aspects of each property
- Strong time-management skills and reliability for on-location work
- Comfortable working independently on site, with excellent communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver’s license (NZ) and clean driving record

Editor / Colourist

Pay range:$30 - $40/hr
We are seeking a talented and experienced Editor/Colourisl to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and colour grading high-quality real estate videos. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical aspects of video editing and colour grading, as well as creativity and attention to detail.
- Manager: Creative Director
- Directly reporting to: Operational Manager
- Guaranteed at least 30 hours work per week
Responsibilities: Engange, edit and colour grade video content Adjust and colour correct video content Utilise professional editing and colourist software Work with the Director, photographers and other members of the production team to ensure creative vision is met Collaborate with sound designers and mixers to ensure the best possible audio quality Ensure all video content meets technical specifications and is delivered on time. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques in video editing and colour grading Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- At least 3 years proven relevant experience, or hold a relevant bachelor or higher qualification
- Strong portfolio of work showcasing your editing and colour grading skills Extensive experience using editing software
- Strong understanding of colour theory and the technical aspects of colour grading Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
