This role requires a strong understanding of the technical aspects of video editing and color grading, as well as creativity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and color grade video content using DaVinci Resolve software
  • Work with the Director, photographers and other members of the production team to ensure creative vision is met
  • Collaborate with sound designers and mixers to ensure the best possible audio quality
  • Ensure all video content meets technical specifications and is delivered on time
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques in video editing and color grading
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a DaVinci Resolve Editor/Colorist
  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing your editing and color grading skills
  • Extensive experience using DaVinci Resolve software
  • Strong understanding of color theory and the technical aspects of color grading
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Project Manager to join our studio team. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring we meet deadlines while delivering high-quality marketing packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within the agreed timelines.
  • Handle booking management, general enquiries, and reservation processes, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensure all administrative duties related to drone usage are completed well in advance to facilitate seamless workflow.
  • Provide continuous support to photographers and videographers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and transparent communication regarding project statuses, deadlines, and potential hurdles.
  • Manage video editors to ensure their work meets quality standards and deadlines.
  • Conduct quality control for all imagery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Perform image retouching and enhancements using tools such as Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Ensure timely delivery of photographs to clients, managing any complaints or revision requests with professionalism and tact.
  • Draft contracts and proposals, detailing project scope, deliverables, timelines, and terms of service.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a project manager, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom, with a solid understanding of image editing and enhancement techniques.
  • Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring quality control across all project deliverables.
  • Knowledge of drone regulations and administrative requirements is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, providing support and direction where necessary.
  • Experience in contract and proposal drafting, with a good understanding of project planning and execution.
